A fast counter screen for staff, and a back office that already knows what was sold — because they are the same system, not two that sync overnight.
When an order is completed, the items sold are deducted from that location's stock immediately. No end-of-day reconciliation, no re-keying sales into a separate inventory sheet, and no drift between what the system thinks you have and what is actually on the shelf.
The ordering screen is touch-friendly and organised the way a counter works: items grouped by department and category, a search box, and a barcode field that accepts a scanner or the device camera. Held orders let staff park one customer and serve the next without losing the basket.
Discount reasons are set up centrally, including senior citizen and PWD discounts, so staff pick from a defined list instead of improvising. Discounts that require approval can be gated behind a manager override, and statutory discounts capture the customer's name where that is required.
One order can be settled across several tender types — cash, card, e-wallet, or whatever you define — with change computed as you go. Loyalty points and Pautang (buy now, pay later) are available as tenders on the Business plan and above.
Receipts print to ordinary Bluetooth or USB thermal printers, with your business details, an optional tax breakdown and an optional signature block. Layout is set per terminal, so a delivery counter and a walk-in counter can print differently.
Staff open a shift with a counted opening float and close it with a counted drawer, entered denomination by denomination. The system compares expected against counted and records the variance, so the cash conversation is about a number both sides can see. Shifts belong to the person who opened them, and store hours can close a forgotten shift automatically rather than leaving it open overnight.
There is an Android app for taking orders on a tablet or phone. It keeps working through a connection drop — orders taken during an outage are stored on the device and sync once you are back online, so a flaky line does not stop you selling.
It is connection-resilient, not offline-only. The app needs internet to set up, to bind to a terminal, and to sync what it has taken. Actions that need live data — loyalty balances, Pautang accounts, voids and returns — require a connection at the moment you use them.
Orders appear in the order transactions view as they are completed, with the sales register, top-selling items and daily trend built from the same records. Voids and returns are recorded as their own transactions rather than deletions, so the history stays intact and the stock movement is reversed properly.
