This Privacy Policy explains how Shopally ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use our websites and software (the "Service"). We handle personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
Shopally provides inventory, sales and ordering software to businesses in the Philippines. For the account and website data described here, we act as the personal-information controller. For the business data you enter about your own customers, staff and suppliers, you are the controller and we process that data on your behalf as your service provider.
We process personal data on the bases allowed by law, including your consent (given at signup), the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it, though this may limit your ability to use the Service.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution needs, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
We use organisational and technical measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls and isolation of each customer's database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Subject to law, you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erase or block, to data portability, to be indemnified for damage from mishandled data, and to lodge a complaint.
